I’ve long been a fan of mochi and mochi ice cream. In fact, a few years ago, my cousins and I got together and attempted to make our own. While making the mochi itself was relatively easy, wrapping the dough around the ice cream was not. It was a comical experience, and one that makes me all the more grateful for My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream.
Instead of having to make my own, I just had to head to my grocery store’s freezer and pick out the one I wanted most. The only difficult part was deciding which ones I wanted to try out. After settling on mango, strawberry, and cookies and cream, I headed home to give them a try.
Since I’ve previously enjoyed mochi ice cream before, I knew what to expect. A soft, doughy covering and creamy ice cream on the inside. My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream delivered. The flavor was not lacking even though these were packaged and frozen. The flavors exceeded my expectations and had me wanting more. They were the perfect treats for a hot summer day.
Each box has six mochi ice cream pieces, and since I find one piece filling, these last longer than most ice cream does in my freezer. While the strawberry and mango were refreshing, I have to admit that I my favorite was the cookies and cream. I am more of a chocolate ice cream kind of girl, so these kept me very satisfied.
