Whenever I see a quiz online, I feel compelled to take it. Which is why when I learned about creating quizzes with Interact, I knew I wanted to make a few for The World Wanderer. I thought it would be fun to add a little something different to my blog posts, and I hope you’ve enjoyed taking them. If you’ve missed them, you can find them here:
At first, I was a bit intimidated and worried about using the program, but I found it extremely user-friendly. Not only was I able to use templates of other quizzes to design my own, but I was also able to design a quiz entirely on my own, which was easier than I expected. For my first quiz, I used a template to test out how I felt about creating quizzes with Interact, but after realizing how easy it could be, I decided to start from scratch and create my own.
With a few simple clicks, I was able to find photos for the quizzes, add my own questions and answers, and create the answer correlations. I had so much fun making the quizzes, that I now find myself making up excuses to create quizzes.
Once created, the quizzes can be embedded into a website, as well as onto MailChimp to seamlessly be added to newsletters. They can also just be shared on social media. Interact makes it simple to share the quiz with anyone you wish.
Once shared, you can keep track of how many people are taking the quiz, as well as the answers they’ve chosen. This is a feature I appreciate, as it’s exciting to see who is taking the quiz and the answers they are choosing.
Since you can edit the quizzes, you can change some of the answers, especially if you begin to notice that people aren’t choosing them.
Overall, I love being able to connect in a different way with my readers. It’s been a great way to get to know my audience a bit better and take a break from the normal posts. I hope you’ve been enjoying the quizzes because you can expect a few more in the coming weeks!
